Sync2Link files allow your users' Apps to receive the latest updates to their content without you being required to manually update the content file. Additional information on the benefits of Sync2Link files and how to setup these files can be located in the Files article.
In situations where the file associated with a Sync2Link file link is deleted, you will see an exclamation point within a red circle next to the Sync2Link Status Tab (see image below).
If you open the Sync2Link Status tab when the alert symbol is shown, you should see the name of the file with the broken link. Files with broken links are still visible within the application but will no longer update until the link is fixed. If the product is outdated, then feel free to delete the associated file in the CMS. Otherwise, please speak with your internal team to determine why the file associated with the link was deleted.
