To begin the process of receiving your application update via Package Flight, please provide your StorySlab representative with your Microsoft Store email address. To locate this address, please open the Microsoft Store application on your device and select the user icon in the upper-right corner of the application (see image below).


If you instead see a "Sign In" option, please sign in with the work or personal Microsoft account that you are most likely to use going forward. Once the StorySlab representative has received the email address from you, they will setup this account to receive the Package Flight update.


Once you receive a response from the StorySlab representative informing you that the account has been setup with the update, you can periodically check the Microsoft Store application for this update. To perform this check, select the icon with three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of the application and select "Downloads and updates". 


Within the "Downloads and updates" page, you may see the app icon on the left side of the screen with the new version number. If this is the case, then the application has already been automatically updated and the next step would be to open the app on your device. If the updated application is not visible, select "Get updates" and wait to see if the update appears. If not, revisit the Windows store in one hour. The time it takes the application to appear in the store can vary from 20 minutes to 48 hours.
