There are several ways to get support with your App:


1. Use the App Suggestion box email builder from inside your installed App.

Behind the StorySlab status emblem inside your App is a on-button email builder called the App Suggestion Box. Tap/Click here to send in feedback, questions and comments.


2. Contact your company administrator. 

Every StorySlab app has at least one, if not several, administrators that are the primary contacts to keep your app's content and design optimized. You probably know who this person is and you could contact them directly. 


3. Visit our Knowledge Base to search helpful articles.

StorySlab has a support website structured with searchable support articles. You can also submit a support ticket on the site. Support Site
